Jobs with a degree in Culinary Arts Management??...A.S. Degree? Curious if this is worth pursuing? I am a thirtysomething. In my twenties I worked in the F&B Dept of a resort. I have held server positions with restaurants. I have always been interested in Culinary Side. I am drawn to Pastry side and Garde Manager side. I am already attending college for a A.A. to transfer, but I fear there will be few jobs in that field and will have wasted all those years. With something in Culinary (anything?) I feel I have a better chance? I was also thinking this would help me land a job in catering? |
