Default how can you get a job when you don't have the experience and they don't wanna...

...give you a chance anyway? you have to start somewhere and I don't think that's fair. they could be missing out on some excellent employees if they would only give them a chance. I took the classes that were needed for this particular job and it still wasn't good enough. Hospitals are extremely hard to get into and why is that?

I know I hate that too or they want someone with 3 or more years o experience or something. It's a pain in the rear for someone who's job hunting. I took a dental asst. course and they didn't accept because of no history, it's like I already know about this job,

I guess they want someone.already quick on their feet and it would slow them down to have to train someone till they get used to the job functions. They are looking for the best employee and if there's one who has more work history, they trust that person more than someone who never worked in the field before.
