Right now I'm in High School and I'm working at a job very similar to that of a fast food restaurant. I truly despise being there because of a variety of reason and I have been pursuing another job as a hostess at a less causal restaurant. I've been there for over a year, but I'm still getting minimum wage; however my manager has promised to promote me to a trainer and give me a dollar raise. Would it be a mistake to quite my current job for a more enjoyable job even if it paid less?
