Default Any good books besides Dale Carnegie's that teach you how to control people?

I will be moving into a management position for a non-for-profit ogranization in about a year from now and I want to prepare now for how to be able to control and influence my workers. I read Dale Carnegie's books in high school and reread them in college. I recently reread them, but I need other authors that will help me control people and influence them to do what I want them to do.

Any good books out there that teach you how to control people?
