i'm a ptf letter carrier in the columbus ohio district. looking to move to the panhandle of florida. got ahold of hr and was told that there is a hiring freeze and i cant transfer. is this true? i cant find it anywhere. also, if this is true, is there another way i can transfer? ie: hardship, etc.. (actually just finishing a divorce)
