Does my California P.O.S.T. certification transfer to Oregon?

I have been a police officer in California since 2005. I have my "basic POST". I would like to move to Oregon but I don't want to go through the academy again. Does the POST cert transfer? Do most departments in this situation make you attend an abbreviated academy?
Are there any departments up there you would recommend I work for? Any feedback would be helpful.
