For instance we could work 5 hrs a day for daystaff with 11 hrs mandatory o/t @1 1/4 and take contracted hourly rates of 0.9% and for 48hr shift workers reduce to a basic 24 hrs 2 x 12 hr and mandatory o/t 2 x 6 hrs @ 1 1/4 also to take contracted rates at 0.9%. The reason for this would be to increase the amount of positions of work and get rid of the Jobseekers allowance and benefits system all together and then the only people out of work would be the really sick and incapacitated people, this would allow the circulation of money throughout this country and give everyone a better standard of living and more free time that would allow us to use the Internet to make our lives easier! It would also recoup money into the coffers and decrease the pensions deficite!
Housing would have to become cheaper!
There would be a more even use of the transport network!
Only 1/2 hour tea breaks on 6 hr shifts
Daystaff spread o/t across the working period (6 days) with ample extra o/t if needed - management discretion!
More time spent at home on fitness activities and less time for criminals to commit crime.
Work shadowing and training to introduce people to the workplace, because there is less work to do in the first place.

Workers to start work at 7,8,9am 11,12 and 1 o'clock to spread congestion and burden to transport network!
So 10ph would work out 36 @ £375.00 pw as opposed to 48hrs £480.00 per person. before you would have 2 people earning £480.00 pw now you have 3 people earning £375.00 and the chance to do overtime if necessary - management discretion! Thats a basic of £17,625 compared to £22,560 pa a montly net of £1125.00 approx to £1375.00 . ' Think of Pension!'
And a population that will grow to 80 million in the next 35 yrs at this rate!
There are approx 32 million people in work, a Population of 61.5 and approx 12.5 million under 16's, 2.5 million on JSA and 18 % of the population over 65 yrs(11 million) the others are on sickness or disability allowance!
