How does the new california state job website work?

It look like the state is doing online application now. I'm trying to get a job as a Staff Services Analyst. There used to be like 130 job listings open. Now there is only ONE general listing for SSA. So my question is how do I apply for individual jobs? I submitted my online application and took the test.
