Default Can health practitioners without an MD date patients?

I know that doctors cannot date (or be sexually involved with) patients, or treat someone they are already dating, but what about health professionals that are not medical doctors, like speech therapists, for example? (I know, for example, that psychologists, who do not have medical degrees like psychiatrists do, still cannot date patients.) Not that I am considering it in any form, but it's just a question that randomly popped into my head.

If there is a specific law, what is it? I live in Canada, by the way.
