go pick up my assignment what do i? need to get at the hospital i know that i need to look at the kardex and at the med cart and get 5 of their meds to study and makle med cards for and i also need to make a nursing diagnosis what information should i be getting off of the kardex besides age/ med history etc.
Wouldnt the diagnosis already be on there??
im nervous
any advice or thoughts has anyone been through this before???
