Dental Hygienist Questions (very short)?

1) I know all states have their own license qualifications and exams. But I live in CA right now and want to get my dental hygienist degree then move to NV with it. Does anyone know the process of getting your degree in one state but using it in another? Or is this not possible?
2) How much do dental hygienist earn a year?
