Do you need to have immunizations to work at a health care facility?

I got a job in the business office of a clinic, no patient care, and they asked me to bring my immunization records for MMR, Hep B etc...I had all those when I was a kid and don't have my records anymore. My parents are deceased and my dr is retired!! I am into my 30's I would not need to have those shots anymore for an office job?
