What do you think? Public or Private Health Care? And Why?

I want to know your guys' opinion on health care.
i need in for a paper im doing in class where i need the opinions of the public, and i figured this would be a great way to get that.
and i need you to justify your answer too please!

Private:

- offers choice to the purchaser
- is ultimately less expensive
- disputes between insured and insurer can be handled through the courts whereas disputes between insured and government cannot be handled through the courts.
