I have to write letter to USCIS about my tax return 2008 for my US citizenship i did passed all the interview test but have to provide 3 years tax return. i been filed tax return every years for 20 years(i always stay in job) but in 2008 i open my own small restaurant and lost a lot of money.I called IRS and they checked my social security and IRS said if i don't made any money i don't have to file tax return.
So i need help to write letter about story above in better english than mine
