Default Can a tenant sue me if he fell down the front stairs and broke his arm?

Can I get sue if a tenant fell down the front stairs and broke his arm even if that tenant is related to me.

You can get sued because the tenant thinks you are a duck! You can get sued for ANYTHING The question is can they win? That will depend on how the fall happened. If it was a simple accident, probably not. If there was something faulty with the stairs, then probably. Being a relative is irrelevant.
