I have progressive insurance and was in a car accident. I got fractured ribs and couldnt work anymore.

I was in pain for a couple of months and the pain still bothers me when i do heavy work.

Afterwords I found a temporary job for 3 months but got laid off because it was season work.

Since the accident I have been out of work for the past 2 years and no other company would hire me.

I recently just got a part time job but it is not enough.

The insurance company is offering me 25K is this enough? or do i need to seek an attorney

By this december it will be 3 years and I barely got a steady part time job 1 month ago.
