Hi I chose a business car insurance when it was being driven for pleasure

basically i took out business insurance and do have a business but its not working at the time but it dose have papers and bank statements and basically i let my teenage son drive the car he gets into a accident and its his fault and i didn't change the insurance policy not knowing the effects of that also he did not get his license till march an i chose the policy back in December 2008.
