i'm 4ft 10in am i a legal midget?

my friends all say i am a legal midget.
im only 16
but my doctor told me im not gonna grow any more.
people also told me when i get my license i can get one of those disabled parking passes..
is this true?

Little People of America (LPA) defines dwarfism as a medical or genetic condition that usually results in an adult height of 4'10" or shorter, among both men and women, although in some cases a person with a dwarfing condition may be slightly taller than that.

I don't think there is such thing as a ''legal'' midget. I think you can call yourself a midget if you want but different organisations probably have different definitions and parameters.
