My friend on Yahoo answers has an issue at her job she thinks the company is trying to fire her so they can keep the labors and pay them a lot cheaper!! What should she do?

I think that she should get a lawyer. She should also keep scrupulous notes on everything that happens in the workplace, whether it's directly related to her or not. Even if she does get fired, she'll have ammunition for her lawyer.
