Default Bailiff and walking in possession orders!?

The Bailiff company have a walking in possession order however i am disputing the debt, as i know for a fact that i don't owe the debt.

My Solicitor told me to go down to my County Court and complete a form to have the CCJ set aside. He also said to apply for the Writ of Execution they have to be put on hold.

The man at the court office asked me to ring the Bailiff company and let them know so that they are aware of what is going on.

The Bailiff company just said "it makes no difference to our position, we still chase you until your application is heard in court and it comes into force".

In really confused as my Solicitor and the man in the court office said this would hold them off but the Bailiff company didn't seem be even acknowledge it??

Does anyone have an idea? Thanks.
