I have applied for years at USAJOBS.GOV in hoping to land a federal job. I have a good resume. Not much experience in anything specific however, I have been a subsititue teacher for 4 years and worked in hotels for 15 years. Yet, I cant even find a job at the entry level!

Why is it so hard to get my foot in the door with the federal govt.

Is the website a scam? Need helo in landing my first federal job. I feel like im wasting my time at USAJOBS.GOV.
