the restaurant i work for is say in we need to claim all of our tips but while i do that the bussers bartenders food runners and expos are getting money from my sales but also the managers are claiming that for them so now the money is claimed twice any way i got wrote up for not claiming enough (all of our credit card tips are automatically claimed } so im so confused i already claim at least 10 % of my sales not including the money i tip out really i need legal advice anyone wanna take on a case cause im positive the company i work for is making some really bad demands.
