Default is what kaching.com doing legal? how do they ensure against front running?

I like these new investing platforms but would like to be sure I know the risks before I invest real money..I am looking at cv.im kaching.com and folioinvesting....
I have been able to call and talk to CVIM - from what I hear it took them 3 years of testing before being able to launch with real client assets...but feels like they have thought every issue that might pop up through. also like the fact that its real money and if I loose so does the guy managing my account... would like to try kaching as well but dont know if its legit. especially the virtual portfolios..for example: what happens if a genius on kaching falls below the required investing IQ? do they sell me out? do I still pay the aum fee? folioinvesting.com looks like kaching.com but with less active management and looks like they have been doing it for longer than kaching...
any thoughts from actual CV.IM clients or Kaching clients will be appreciated! I have a buddy that uses folioinvesting.com and swears by it..
Thanks
