Default I got terminated from a job....will it show up on employment history/verification?

I am interviewing with a Fortune 500 company. I did pizza delivery for about a month back in May and I was terminated due to an altercation with a co-worker.

If they run a employment history will that show up? Now I know they give you a form to list your previous employment, would it show up on there?

Could I just leave the job off the form? I don't have it listed on my resume.

Since you were there for only a month and it is irrelevant to the job that your seeking now, I would just leave it off. I would address it only if they question you about the lapse in time, then I would just tell them that pizza delivery was not for you and that you did what you had to do for the month to get an income, but that you left because you felt that the job was not what you wanted. I would leave out that you got into an altercation. They probably would not call for a reference from a job like that, especially since you only worked there a month. Plus, in my opinion, the less money that you make, the more sh*t you have to take. Nobody would hold it against you that you left.

Well be honest in this day of internet they can find out everything about former stuff. Not everyone gets along in the work place and I doubt if a pizza delivery job would effect a fortune 500 job.
