Default Can (2) elements of "the burden of proof" be admisable in court legally or is

my lawyer lazy? My supervisor demanded in writing that I work on my days off but did not pay me the Scheduling Manager and my supervisor fraudulently charged the client we worked for of which I documented on a regular basis(part of my duties) after which I was warned not to documented which I continued to and then eventually suspended and then fired however the lawyer only wants to deal with the fraud issues and not combine the (2) elements (1 overtime 2 fraud. I was instructed not to sign the time sheet for overtime by my supervisor under threat of termination however documented my weekend shift work along with other officers documenting when I worked the weekends.
