Default I need desperate help for homework with MRP planning Each unit of A is

composed 1 of unit of B, 2 units of C,? Each unit of A is composed 1 of unit of B, 2 units of C, and 1 unit of D.C is composed of 2 units of D and 3units of E.Items A,C,D and E have on-hand inventories of 20, 10, 20 and 10 units. Item B has scheduled receipt of 10 units in period 1 & C has 50. Lot-for-lot is used for items A & B C requires 50 units.D & E requires 100 & 50.Lead times 1 period for A B C, and 2 for D & E.Gross requirements for A are 30 in period 2, 30 in per.5 and 40 in per 8. Find planned order releases for all periods.

***I Did the bill of materials structure tree, but I am stuck at gross requirements for A. It says that A requires 30 in period 2, 30 in period 5 and 40 in period 8. From period 2 to 5, Do I add those two together to equal 60? or just push 30 from period 2 to cover the 30 for period 5, leaving it at 30????
