I loaned a friend $600 a month ago to keep their small business going, and they blew it away on things completely unrelated to the business. Despite feeling like an idiot, they wont pay me back. I made a plan for a 1 year payback with 6% interest, and they refuse to do it. I really don't want to go to court, but seeing as it might be necessary, I was wanting to know how I go about it. I have no experience in small claims court, and I doubt its like Judge Judy. Thanks for any help.
