due,com.not giving passport, wt i can do? I finished my 2 years with current employer and my vacation is overdue for more than a year. AS a sales man i sold some material to one customer who issued Post Dated cheque. The cheque bounced and my employer already deducted a portion of my last 2 salaries and held my passport and not allowing to go on annual leave.
Please let me know what i can do? I am in great difficulty
