Hello,

I hope I can help you out today. In my opinion, the number one thing you want to do to excel in sales is to have product knowledge. If you know the ins and outs of what you are selling then that is half the battle. You will also want to know how to build rapport with the person you are trying to sell something to. This way they can confide in you like a friend and they will feel more comfortable. Lastly, you will want to learn how to rebuttal. This will be crucial when you receive objections. I hope this helps!
