Default IL commision sales person fired for having a second job, what happens to my

commision yearly signed contracts? I am wondering is it likely that I will get paid any commissions on the yearly contracts I have signed? Also I have parkinsons and my wife believes thats why I was fired... The owner is embarrased to having me work for him.
I was in advertising sales... I just finished getting all the ad copy signed for October run so the run was completed however the clients haven't all paid yet... Should I expect any commisions on at least Octobers run?

It is all too easy to speculate that you were fired for having Parkinson's.

The challenge is to prove it beyond a shadow of doubt.

If you have the means , hire a "motivated" lawyer to do the hit for you.
