2. Snagajob. or apply at websites like target.com. Most 14year olds will have a hard time getting hired, I'm 16 and haven't gotten a single call back and I have 4.0GPA and applied to over 30 places at least.

3. It's difficult and definately requires alot of patience and time. Just keep reapplying every month at least so they can see that you're persistant.
