Default what is a good place to look for jobs?
I don't want to try online because it never works out for me. I have tried posting my resumes online and haven't gotten any replies.

Depends on your education and experience. The best place to look for work cleaning toilets is not the same best place to look for a job when you have a MBA in finance.
