I'm interviewing for a call center job tomorrow, and I've never worked at one before. They're saying a part of the application process is a "Call Center Assessment." Has anyone ever heard of this? What should I expect?

Thanks, Jack T. Will do. The main reason I'm nervous is because the economy is really crappy in this town right now, and the job market is suffering. I just don't like unknown elements.

never heard that but just be yourself, keep in mind, if you don't get this you still have a lot of jobs waiting for you, so relax, tell to yourself " you can do it", for the best to you.
