Default In this Macy's rejection e-mail, does it sound like they're saying I'm overqualified?

In my application to Macy's for a seasonal sales position I put down that I'm a college student, and currently also have another part time job. In response I got an e-mail which stated: "...However, we do not have a position that is equivalent to your job expertise at this time. We have found your credentials and employment experience to be strong and would like to consider you for future opportunities with Macy's when they become available."

Sounds like they're saying I'm either a) overqualified b) not what they want because I already have another job/am in college c) all of the above? What do you think?
