how long does it take them to reply to your application form 1-2 weeks?
and if successfull what should i expect interveiw question etc

at the moment there are so few jobs and so many people applying for jobs you may not hear anything. I would say if you have not had any feedback after 3 weeks then you have not been successful, however it may be worth while giving there hr a call and following it up, it shows willing and may get you noticed.

Should you get an interview then remain confident, answer all the questions in a polite and Professional manner and try to be as honest as you can but it may help to try and extend the truth to make it stand out.

Also go to the interview smart, I have been to interviews were I have seen people turn up in jeans and t shirt and they have been turned away even before an interview because of there appearance, it pays to stand out, and it will hopefully make the person interviewing you remember your face.
