Default 401k loan in default, divorce is now final...will I loose my share?

Ex took a loan for 50% without my sig. or knowledge and then lost his job. The loan is in default.
Judge awarded 55% to me. Since the loan is in default, will I actually get anything? Or will they take the remaining funds, to satisfy the loan and penalties?

Don't mean to sound greedy, but this divorce has been dragging on for three years and I'm not getting any help (he is not paying child support) and I am desperate being a single mother earning only 20k a year! help!
