Since when is this a problem? I'm 36 years old and many times I've endorsed a check of mine to my parents and they were able to deposit it. Now I cannot get Union Bank to deposit my deaf kids payroll checks. I was seriously shocked about this problem and my parents are speechless over this problem. Has our financial world become this paranoid? My kid's check is from Bank of America.
