I have split from my boyfriend few weeks ago and he kicked my out of our jointly owned house. We set up the mortgage literally a month before and I signed the declaration of trust as his mum put down our deposit and I had to prove that in case of the split and if we sell the house money will go back to him. i moved out to my sister's place but she is leaving the country next week to live with her boyfriend abroad. Meantime my ex started arranging the buy out - there won't be much that I will get as we have only made just one payment towards the morgage. My question is if I decide to move back to the house how long can I stay there and what happens if I don't let him to buy me out? I have absolutely nowhere to stay as I moved out for him from different city....Please help as I have no idea what to do...Thank you. HS
