paying what they owe to buy it? I was renting my trailer to a tenant, then 6 months ago They wanted to buy it. We both signed a promissory not stating that he would pay me 250 per month for 7 months starting in June, in return for the title of the trailer once it is paid off. The renters have been paying the rent on the trailer but have not paid me the additional 250 per month. Can I evict them? Would this eviction be for non payment of rent?
