we have a tenant that we have been having problems with. they keep breaking rules on lease and we have been arguing. now, they are moving, we are not forcing them to move but they need to obey the rules.so they decided to move. they put a wall in the living room to make it as a sleeping room. now they want us to pay for that wall. we never asked to put that wall in and it aganist our lease. on the lease, when you move out, you have to clean eveything out and leave the house like new. they are making us pay for something that they shouldn't have done. what can we do about them, since they are trying to rip us off.
