Ive been planning on moving out of my parents house as soon as i turn 18 years old lol..
My brother is 20yrs old and is having a hard time finding an partment that will take him because he is under 21 and he doesnt have very good credit right now also because he doesnt make enough, so i was wondering should i just rent or rent to own a house or trailer, would that be better to do? It seems like it would to me because if i rent to own a trailer then within a couple years i could own my own place and such im not 100% sure tho, so whats all of your alls opinions?
