Default Can I rent half my house that is a single family dwelling to a section 8 family?
My wife and children, along with the mother in law are no longer present. I am on a fixed income and i recently was asked if i would rent out the unoccupied section of my home. My home has 2 separate kitchens and back to back dead bolted doors along with two seperate breaker boxs.
