I would like to know if I can sue, or what I can do, about my landlord problem. The other week our ceiling started leaking (we live on the 2nd floor) and then some tiles started falling down. We called our landlords office and we told the secretary and she was going to pass it on to him (our landlord). He never came over, and he has never called either. A few days ago more tiles fell (without the leaking). I have pictures and everything and I want to know what I can do about this. Thank you in advance.
