Default During foreclosure, if it doesn't sell, at the Notice to Sell, what happens next...
...to the house? If a foreclosed home, after Notice of Default and Notice to Sell, if it doesn't sell at the auctions, for the loan balance, what does the bank do with the house next?

Title reverts to the bank and it becomes what is known as an "REO property." The bank will list the house for sale through a realtor.
