i am a student and got a new apartment a few month ago. i love the apartment however i live on the second level and the neighbors above me are extremly loud. which isnt really their faule because the floors are messed up and so i hear ever single word they are saying.when they are walking the whole wall is shaking. its impossible for me to sleep at night or to study. i told the landlord about this many times and they came in and ,, checked" but said their is nothing wrong. the neighbors above me told me that their floors are coming up and need to be replaced. i was bagging the landlord to switch units but he wants me to pay 800 dollars for it. is their anything i can do? my lease is up in august. i cant stay that long!
