Default if a tenant inks a commercial lease both as a company and individual, is

this like a personal guarantee? Forgive me if this is seemingly obvious. I just dove head-first into a vast commercial property portfolio with zero experience (circumstantial and too complex a situation to explain). Any input/help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
