Which of these places are the better retailers to work for since im considering going into retail.
Target?
Kroger?
Best Buy?
Wal Mart?
Borders?
Books a Million?
K Mart?
Walgreens?
or is there another you would recommend?
give me pros and cons to each places if you can...

I hear target is awesome to work for. My sister is a cashier there and she keeps telling me I should go work there instead of working at weis markets (a grocery store). From what my sister says, they have a policy where the cashier/employee is always right rather than the customer, and people higher than you in the company can not over rule your decisions. I hear the pay is nice too. They start you off higher than minimum wage, and you can get raises as often as every month. Good luck with the job search!
