Default I I submit a domain name to a directory for example boots.com and have a...

...second name like boots.net do I have? to submit it twice under each name or will googles crawlers and other search engines already know it? In plain english do I have to do all this work all over again. (And yes I know google likes it when you submit manually)

If, for example, boots.com has links to boots.net, then the search engine should crawl and find it, so you wouldn't need to submit it again. Though it probably wouldn't hurt if you did.

If there is a duplicate page on boots.net, then it would probably be better not to submit it, because search engines don't like duplicate pages. However, if they are seperate pages that aren't linked at all, then it is probably best to submit it again under the different name
