Do i have to write in small letters not to copy my sign,logos, slogans, etc?

You should put copyright messages on your logos and slogans.

If you want to get serious about it, contact an attorney about getting a trademark (~$1000).

Also purchase the Internet domain name for your business name and trademarks.
