You need to determine the factors for each number.
16 - 1, 2, 4, 8, 16
20 - 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 20
Now find the greatest common factor = 4
Divide both by 4, 16/4 = 4 and 20/4 = 5
Lowest form is 4/5.
